The GeForce Now VM is linked to your PC, so if you authorise it on your actual PC it will carry over into GeForce Now.
To enable Steam Family Sharing on GeForce Now, you set it up like you normally would - by getting the sharer to sign into Steam on your actual PC and authorise it.
